Victoria Kovalenchikova was born in 1978 in Mogilev, Belarus.
She studied art in Minsk Belarus, first at Akhremchik National Art College, and later at Belarusian State Academy of Arts.
She taught art at Belarusian State Pedagogic University in Minsk, Belarus. She is a member of the Belarusian Artists' Union.
She currently lives and works in Amsterdam.

Victoria Kovalenchikova received an award for Enriching and Promoting Arts and Culture from The Ministry of Culture of The Republic of Belarus, and a Gold Medal at the VIII International Florence Biennale of Contemporary Art.
