She served as the Commissioner of Cultural Affairs for the City of Los Angeles, California. She was a Signature Artist Member of the California Art Club, and the Valley Watercolor Society.
She illustrated the books Earthwaves; Endeavorur’s Long Journey; The Gift of Los Angeles; Mei Ling in China City; Mystery of the Giant Masks of Sanxingdui; and Thomas the T. Rex.
