Daryl Millard was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1964.

In Australia, he painted murals together with fellow Australian artist Marc Rogerson.

Daryl immigrated to the United States in 1989, first settling in California and then in Hawaii.

His work has been featured in many publications including Architectural Art Magazine, Lahaina News, and San Diego Magazine. He is a member of the California Art Club. In 2011, he won the Lahaina Poster Contest with his painting titled Arrival of Princess, Feast at Lele.
