Mary Louise Snowden, American (1952 - )

Sculptures created by Mary Louise Snowden are in the permanent collection of the White House in Washington, DC, and the Hakone Open-Air Museum in Japan. She was commissioned to created the main altar of the Los Angeles Cathedral, and the frieze depicting angels in the cathedral's visitors center. In 1992, Snowden was awarded the Grand Prize at the International Rodin Competition.
